There are two major innovations in the deployment of key provincial projects this year:

The new generation of information technology, high-end equipment, high-end chemicals, new energy and new materials accounting for 66.7% of the total number of projects, an increase of 4.9 percentage points over the previous year.

The key technologies of Weifang Haomai's major marine engineering equipment have achieved major breakthroughs, and the products can be applied to deep sea oil and gas and combustible ice mining below 3000 meters. Qingdao International Academician Port has signed up to introduce 108 well-known academicians, including 92 foreign academicians, focusing on the frontier areas of biomedicine, new energy and new materials, and high-end equipment manufacturing.

The progress in the construction of major infrastructure projects has obviously accelerated. Jiqing High-speed Railway, as the first local high-speed railway invested and constructed, was opened to traffic in advance, achieving a 100-minute direct access to Jiqing, laying a solid foundation for the layout of the industry along the Jiaoji line. The Weifang-Shijiazhuang 1000 kV UHV transmission and transformation project has been accelerated to improve the safety and stability of the province's power grid.
